This Non-Disclosure Policy pertains to the confidentiality of information sent in the form of computer-based data to Dan's 20th Century Abandonware.

This policy does not cover correspondence. Confidentiality for communication with Dan's 20th Century Abandonware is covered in D2CA's Privacy Policy.

This Non-Disclosure Policy is intended for providing confidentiality of meda-based computer information in conjunction with Dan's 20th Century Abandonware rendering services pertaining to that information.

Dan's 20th Century Abandonware hereby agrees to:
- Keep all computer media and data residing on it confidential *
     - No information concerning the services provided will be disclosed without the owner's permission
     - The recipient's identity and personal information are protected under D2CA's Privacy Policy
     - All electronic information submitted to Dan's 20th Century Abandonware is kept confidential

* Unless ordered to disclose such information by Law Enforcement or Court Subpoena

Upon completion of services, unless otherwise arranged, Dan's 20th Century Abandonware hereby agrees to:
- Permanently destroy all residual copies of customer data residing on any D2CA computer system
- Permanently destroy all residual copies of customer data residing on any leftover computer media
